Eesta Group began their project to build a resort in Lonavala. The project required pipe installation of 5000 meters. The challenge was to tackle high water pressure which is the case for most resorts and hotels.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Eesta Group wished for a lighter pipe installation but due to heavy water pressure and long distances the lightweight HDPE pipes won't be able to last and will become more prone to pipe bursts. In such situations, lightweight pipes are not suggested since they seek more maintenance and expenses that can be avoided. Instead, we suggested going with our heavy duty Reliance HDPE pipes. For the development, we provided a 90mm/3” Reliance HDPE pipe. Going with such heavy duty pipe, Eesta Group reduced their long term maintenance expense for next 50 years.
BENEFITS:
Eesta Group chose Reliance HDPE pipe because it is:
- Corrosion resistant
- Failure resistant
- Crack resistant
- Surge resistant
THE SATISFIED CUSTOMER:
Eesta Group commented on the ease of installation of the HDPE pipe provided by Arham Engineering, “Using HDPE pipe was a very viable solution to pipe our upcoming project”. By choosing HDPE pipe, they were able to increase the strength of the system, reduce the possibility of leaking at joints, and limit future maintenance activity. The properties of HDPE pipe also assisted with the installation of the pipeline due to the curving nature of the ditch (flexibility), remote location (less large equipment) and durability. Fusing was done using certified fusing technicians with data logs and records kept on every fusion joint.
