Reliance-RELPIPE

  • Plant set up in the year 2000 to supply HDPE PLB Duct to Reliance Infocom, now part of Reliance ADAG group ; has been in operation since then (Net Sales in FY 18-19 ~ Rs. 750 Cr)
  • Brand Names – “Relpipe”
  • Relpipe is the only back-integrated Pipe Plant in the country with its own resin supplies; this gives extra confidence to the user with regard to Pipe quality
  • Product range upto 450 mm; includes PE Pipes for Water, Waste Water, Industry, Irrigation, Drainage, Gas (incl. City Gas Distribution or CGD), PPR Pipes for Hot & Cold Water, etc.
  • Hasti/Relpipe has the distinction of pioneering PE Pipe based Sprinkler Pipes as well as X (extra) Flow Pipes with special white inner layer of polymeric lubricated material which gives higher fluid flow at lower power consumption
  • Has met most of the Group Company requirements in Duct, Water, Gas, Drainage, etc. over the years. During the last 6-7 years , Relpipe has been the largest supplier of HDPE PLB Duct to Reliance Jio for its pan-India 4G network
  • Relpipe has also developed & is supplying PE Pipes as per ASTM standard to Reliance Shale Gas Operations in MP, a first in the country

Reliance-XFLO

Reliance introduced the most innovative PE Pipe product Reliance Xflo with the special white inner layer of Polymeric lubricated material offering advantages of

Pumping Pressure and Surges:
The inherent flexibility and creep recovery characteristics of Reliance Xflo enables these pipelines to absorb impacts loads, vibrations and stress caused by soil or ground movements. This also means that Reliance Xflo pipes resist transient search pressure in the presence of cyclic loading, heavy traffic loading conditions.

Non-Corrosive and UV Resistant:
Reliance Xflo is chemically inert within the normal temperature range it is used in. It doesn't Rot, rust, pit, corrode or loose wall thickness through chemical and electrical reactions with the surrounding soil. Reliance Xflo Pipes are compounded with carbon black which protects the pipe from the effect of UV light and enables pipes to be stored and used above the ground.

Hydraulic Properties:
The smooth bore of pipes enable them to be treated as hydraulically smooth when used for the convenience of potable water studies conducted by Vadodara Municipal Corporation with Reliance Xflo Pipe validates the fact that smooth Inner flow gives a higher flow rate than the conventional galvanise iron (G.I) pipes.

No leak from Within or Outside-Easy Fit Compression Fittings:
Reliance Xflo Pipes are available with international approved compression fittings. These pipes join that needs no special skills for Jointing.
